The Emergenetics Profile uncovers the ways an individual prefers to think and behave. The profile measures three behavioral attributes (Expressiveness, Assertiveness, Flexibility) and four thinking attributes (Analytical, Structural, Social, Conceptual). When used amongst a team through an Emergenetics Meeting of the Minds workshop, teams will learn the insights and skills to create effective interpersonal dynamics, strengthen relationships, improve communication, and build powerful teams.
